{"id":5844,"date":"2024-03-12T22:25:11","date_gmt":"2024-03-13T02:25:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sccpaaa.org\/?p=5844"},"modified":"2024-03-12T22:29:28","modified_gmt":"2024-03-13T02:29:28","slug":"6th-precinct-march-2024-community-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sccpaaa.org\/?p=5844","title":{"rendered":"6th Precinct March 2024 Community Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In attendance representing SCCPAAA were Bob Marketta and Lou Giudice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>February 2024 <br>512 crimes included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>0 Homicide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 Aggravated Assaults<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Burglaries (2 Residential, 3 Commercial)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Robbery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 Grand Larcenies Auto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0 Trigger Pulls (0 Victims Shot) out of (2 recorded gun crimes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>compared to February 2023, when we had 0 Trigger Pulls (0 Victims Shot) out of (4 recorded gun crimes)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There were 318 arrests on 395 charges in February including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 Assaults<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>22 Burglary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>48 Drugs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Robberies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>February had 23 drug overdoses with 1 fatality,<br>compared with February 2023 with 29 overdoses and 3 fatalities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>February had 538 motor vehicle crashes compared to February 2023 with 430 crashes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 fatality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>56  leaving the scene<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 DWI related<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There were 18 arrests for DWI with 28 charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officers wrote 2476 tickets.<br>Highway Bureau SITE Unit issued an additional 68 tickets.<br><br><em>Reported by Lou Giudice<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In attendance representing SCCPAAA were Bob Marketta and Lou Giudice.
